Growing Together

Transitioning

When adding a new bundle of joy to your family everyone in the family has growing pains and is on a learning curve.  Whether it’s the start of questioning where babies come from, or if someone is going to feel misplaced in this journey.  The family as a whole transitions.  We support you in this transition by providing tools to create a plan to keep the family feeling secure. We walk you through sibling issues, regressions, family relationships, communication styles, meal planning and much more. We work with you where you’re at working through one transition at a time.

Sibling Care

Adding a new member to your family can be stressful for the kids already here. Let us help you make this transition easier. Care can be provided specifically for the sibling(s) during prenatal, during birth, and after your new addition has arrived. Typical support includes holding space, comforting, explaining the changes and process while recognizing and supporting their needs.

Sleep Guidance

Sleep Guidance is a gentle approach to infant sleep. It is adaptable to your lifestyle, yielding to growth spurts, illness, teething and developmental milestones. Our goal is to team up with you (after all, you’re the real expert on your baby’s needs and personality) in a flexible and respectful way; we’re not striving for perfection. This method is very forgiving to patterns and sleep associations, which may no longer be functional for you or your baby. We gently guide and restructure those associations one at a time. Sleep Guidance is tailored specifically to your parenting style and your baby’s needs. We provide encouragement, education, instruction, and hands-on support and create an individualized plan for your baby, gently guiding you step-by-step to a great night’s sleep. We offer Sleep Guidance Consultations or in-home, hands-on Sleep Guidance.

Nutrition Support

This one-of-a-kind service includes sitting down and creating a menu plan just for your family, before or after baby’s arrival. Service can include grocery shopping with or without you, your partner, grandma, or any significant other; then cooking meals in your home – family members are welcome to participate in meal prep, or we’re happy to cook on our own.   Meals can be made for the week and stored in the fridge, frozen for future use, or planned out for you to make in an easy-to-follow guide.   We’re happy to accommodate specific dietary requirements and preferences. Please inquire about packages!
